About The Position

MOTION PT Group, a member of the Confluent Health Family, is seeking a part-time Therapy Aide. As a movement maker, you will empower patients to get back to what moves them. This role involves preparing patients for treatment, assisting with transfers and transportation, preparing and cleaning equipment and treatment areas, and ensuring treatment areas are well-stocked. The position is part-time, with work scheduled for Tuesdays and Thursdays, totaling 19 hours per week. The specific work schedule will be discussed further during the interview.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Looking for candidates who are available all year round

Nice To Haves

• Pre-physical therapy/allied health degree track preferred.
• Background in health, wellness, or personal training preferred.
• Bilingual preferred

Responsibilities

• Preparing patients for treatment, assisting with transfers and transportation.
• Preparing equipment and treatment areas.
• Cleaning treatment areas and maintaining a tidy gym environment.
• Ensuring treatment areas are well stocked.
