About The Position
PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking an entry-level Physical Therapy Aide to support patient treatments, assist licensed clinicians, and help maintain smooth clinic operations. The role provides direct exposure to patient care under the leadership of a physical therapist, opportunities to observe for PT school or healthcare applications, and potential career progression within a nationwide physical therapy practice. The position requires consistent, ongoing availability throughout the year; seasonal hires are not accommodated. The schedule is PRN and flexible.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED at minimum; submission of documentation for the highest level of education obtained is required.
- Consistent, ongoing availability throughout the year; seasonal availability is not accommodated.
- Occasional lifting of at least 50 lbs consistent with patient care.
- Occasional carrying of at least 50 lbs consistent with patient care.
- Occasional pushing of 0–300 lbs consistent with patient care.
- Frequent lifting and carrying of 0–50 lbs consistent with patient care.
Nice To Haves
- Customer service experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and assist them to the treatment area as directed by a therapist or therapist assistant.
- Clean treatment rooms and prepare them for the next patient.
- Maintain the cleanliness of therapeutic equipment.
- Answer and direct telephone calls.
