About The Position

The Therapist supports PHP/IOP services at upcoming Eau Claire and Chippewa Falls locations, expected to open in September/October 2026. This PRN role provides coverage as needed when the clinic is open, Monday through Friday, with no set hours or consistent days. In an acute-care setting, the therapist collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate and facilitate direct social services interventions for patients and their support systems. The therapist uses empirically supported approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and family therapy, to support stabilization and recovery for people with mental and behavioral health concerns. The role creates a safe, supportive environment in which patients can gain insight into the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and work toward their goals. Other duties may be assigned by the manager or clinical operations supervisor to support patient care and system initiatives. The therapist may work across inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, and/or intensive outpatient services. The position requires coordination with internal and external professionals, compliance with ethical and regulatory requirements, and participation in professional development and system improvement activities. The therapist also helps ensure patient and facility safety and completes required documentation, training, and license-related educational obligations.
