In this rewarding role, you will provide individual, couples, family, and child therapy services to culturally diverse children, youth, and adults while collaborating closely with Health Navigators who offer cultural brokerage and case management support. As part of a multidisciplinary team of therapists and health navigators, you will help deliver holistic, client-centered care that promotes healing, resilience, and successful community integration. The ideal candidate is hardworking, flexible, innovative, and committed to delivering high-quality care, thrives in a collaborative team environment, and is passionate about supporting refugee and immigrant populations. Experience working with children and families is preferred. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. This position follows a hybrid model that blends remote work, office-based services, and community outreach. Therapists are expected to work in the office Mondays and Wednesdays based on client and community needs. The remainder of the week may be worked remotely when scheduling allows. Flexibility is essential, as work locations and schedules may be adjusted to best support client care and community partnerships.
