Requirements

• Lived experience serving, working with, or belonging to the target population is required. Candidates may include military veterans, former law enforcement professionals, or individuals with extensive knowledge of the population and demonstrated cultural competence. Veteran status is not required
• Current state LMSW, LCSW license
• Master’s degree from an accredited school
• Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience preferred
• ASLS certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Assessing patients' psychosocial needs to understand their emotional, psychological, and social situations.
• Developing treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Providing counseling and support to patients and families facing mental health challenges.
• Connecting patients with community resources and services, such as support groups and housing assistance.
• Advocating for patients' rights and ensuring they receive equitable care within the healthcare system.
