About The Position

NFS is the premier provider of behavioral health services in the region, experiencing rapid growth and seeking motivated individuals to join their team. NFS Outpatient Therapists collaborate with clients to identify and leverage their strengths, enabling them to achieve their best selves and reach their full potential. This is accomplished through various therapeutic approaches including individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy. The role offers flexible scheduling options, with opportunities for both full-time salaried positions and hourly fee-for-service roles, allowing clinicians to create a schedule that suits their needs, ranging from 5 to 30 hours per week. Requirements

Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required
Will have Independent Clinical License within 2 years
Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach.

Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions

Nice To Haves

Current license in the state of Massachusetts a plus
Afternoon and evening availability is a plus!
Able to work in one of our 5 Massachusetts office locations: North Andover, Dorchester, Fall River, Worcester, West Springfield

Responsibilities

Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy
Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care
Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change
Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners
Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system
Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed
Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary
