About The Position
TeamHealth is seeking a full-time therapist to provide behavioral health care to older adults in post-acute and long-term care settings, including SNF, LTC, ALF, and IRF facilities. The role offers clinical autonomy, organizational and administrative support, onsite patient care, and remote documentation. The coverage area includes Dover and Seaford, Delaware. The therapist provides clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy for concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss, and life transitions. The role involves collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no nights or weekends.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Delaware license as an LPC/LMHC or LMFT.
- Eligible for independent practice and billing.

- Experience with older adults or post-acute care is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Provide clinical assessments and diagnoses.
- Provide individual psychotherapy to older adults for depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss, and life transitions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings.
- Provide onsite patient care and complete documentation remotely.
- Cover care settings in the Dover and Seaford, Delaware area.
