About The Position

This role is for a fully licensed clinician (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) in Washington who desires a flexible part-time telehealth caseload with competitive pay. The position offers a strong hourly rate, guaranteed pay for late cancellations and no-shows, and the flexibility of a 1099 independent contractor. Clinicians will work fully remotely from anywhere in Washington, with flexible scheduling options including evenings and weekends. The company handles all administrative tasks such as billing and credentialing. The work involves providing evidence-based teletherapy to K-12 students across Washington, collaborating with school counselors and families, participating in case consultations, and contributing to clinical program development.

Requirements

• Active LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW license in Washington.
• Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families.
• Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems.
• Availability during afternoon/evening hours.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities.
• Prior school-based or youth-focused experience.
• Active NPI and CAQH.
• Bilingual Spanish/English fluency.

Responsibilities
