About The Position

This role is for a fully licensed clinician (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) in the Tacoma area who desires a high-paying, part-time telehealth caseload without the overhead of private practice. It's designed to be flexible, accommodating those who want to supplement their income or scale back their current workload. The position offers strong compensation with zero overhead, guaranteed pay for no-shows and late cancellations, and the flexibility of a 1099 independent contractor. Clinicians will provide evidence-based teletherapy to K-12 students across Washington, collaborating with school counselors and families. Regular case consultations and clinical team discussions are part of the role.

Requirements

• Active LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Washington.
• Experience or strong interest in youth and family-focused care.
• Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems.
• Availability during afternoon/evening hours.

Nice To Haves

• CBT, DBT, or similar evidence-based modality experience.
• School-based or pediatric clinical background.
• Active NPI and CAQH.
• Bilingual Spanish/English fluency.

Responsibilities
