About The Position

This role is for a fully licensed clinician (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) in Eastern Washington seeking a part-time telehealth caseload. It offers compensation significantly above typical Eastern WA clinical rates, guaranteed pay for late cancellations and no-shows, and the flexibility of a 1099 independent contractor. The position is fully remote, allowing work from Spokane or anywhere in Washington, with flexible scheduling options for afternoons, evenings, or weekends. The company handles all billing, credentialing, and administrative tasks. The work involves providing evidence-based teletherapy to K-12 students across Washington, collaborating with school counselors and families statewide. Regular case consultations and clinical team discussions are part of the role.

Requirements

• Active LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Washington.
• Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families.
• Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems.
• Availability during afternoon/evening hours.

Nice To Haves

• CBT, DBT, or similar modality training.
• School-based or youth clinical experience.
• Active NPI and CAQH.
• Bilingual Spanish/English fluency.
