The position is listed as 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week) and benefited. The schedule may be five 8-hour days, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or four 10-hour days. The hybrid arrangement requires three days in the office and the remaining time remotely, with scheduling subject to program, training, client, and community needs. Annual salary depends on experience, licensure, and company equity: $60,673–$65,527 for an unlicensed therapist; $67,529–$92,515 for a licensed therapist; $70,010–$77,010 for an unlicensed psychologist; and $99,494–$127,352 for a licensed psychologist. Employees must provide proof of an annual influenza vaccination and a negative TB test before their first day of work; medical and religious exemptions may be requested. AMHR provides supervision toward licensure at no cost to the employee, continued-learning opportunities, and billing and administrative support. The organization describes its mission as delivering state-of-the-art care and meaningful outcomes in emotional well-being and addiction recovery, and its vision as fostering hope and healing through compassionate, quality care. It is an equal opportunity employer.
