About The Position

The Therapist is responsible for planning and conducting segments of treatment programs aimed at restoring and enhancing patients' physical, social, and mental functions while aligning with departmental objectives. This role includes serving as a co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Licensure and certification in accordance with state regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Experience with case management and treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Conduct therapy sessions and monitor patient progress to ensure effectiveness of treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment goals and procedures.
• Participate in departmental meetings to discuss program objectives and improvement strategies.
