About The Position

Requirements
- Current Ohio Physical Therapist License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient rehabilitation services, primarily focusing on physical therapy
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- May float to LTAC for patient discharge as needed
