About The Position

Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a P/T- PRN Therapeutic Manager at Walton Academy for Growth and Change in DeFuniak Springs, Florida. Walton Academy provides residential treatment to improve the lives of at-risk male youth through mental health and substance abuse services. They offer skills and opportunities in various areas such as Carpentry/Home Building Institute, sports, and Culinary Arts. The organization offers clinical supervision to qualified applicants. The Therapeutic Manager will provide individual, family, and group counseling services to clients and their families based on their assessment and treatment plan. This position reports to the Clinical Director. Walton Academy is a high-risk treatment-based residential program housing male youths between the ages of 13-19 years old. After 40 years of improving the lives of youth, the company is looking for passionate advocates to continue the legacy of helping young people become successful adults. As a P/T- PRN Therapeutic Manager, you will have the opportunity to create a positive, safe, and supportive environment for the youth served while building a career rich in growth opportunities and self-fulfillment.

Requirements

Master’s degree or better in a related field.
Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screening, physical, and TB Test.
