Make a Difference Where It Matters Most At The Centers, we believe that stable housing is the foundation of recovery. As a PSH Behavioral Health Therapist, you will do more than provide therapy — you will help individuals living with serious mental illness reclaim their lives, their dignity, and their place in the community. This is work with real purpose, real relationships, and real impact. We are looking for a compassionate, skilled clinician who brings both clinical expertise and a genuine commitment to recovery-oriented, person-centered care. If you are driven by mission, thrive in collaborative environments, and want to serve some of the most vulnerable members of our community, we want to hear from you. About the Role The PSH Behavioral Health Therapist provides integrated clinical services to adults living with serious mental illness, with a specialized focus on schizophrenia-spectrum disorders and individuals residing in permanent supportive housing. This role combines direct therapeutic care, case coordination, crisis support, and community-based outreach — all grounded in a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented framework that honors each client's autonomy and strengths. You will work as part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team — collaborating with housing staff, case managers, medical providers, and community partners — to ensure holistic, person-centered care across clinical and housing environments.
