About The Position

HOPE Community Services, Inc. is a leading outpatient treatment provider in south Oklahoma City, offering compassionate trauma-informed care to individuals impacted by mental health and substance use disorders. We are seeking a Therapeutic Counselor in Justice Services to provide counseling, assessment, and crisis intervention for justice-involved adults. This role involves collaboration with court teams and service coordination to meet the unique needs of individuals within the justice system. The Therapeutic Counselor will deliver individual, family, and group counseling, conduct clinical assessments, and develop treatment plans. Responsibilities also include collaborating with court treatment teams, fulfilling reporting requirements, and providing services in various community settings, including jails. The Justice Services program focuses on recovery-focused, culturally competent care for individuals navigating the justice system, aiming to reduce barriers and enhance outcomes.

Requirements

• Current license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LADC) in Oklahoma or a master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field with eligibility for licensure supervision.
• Valid Oklahoma driver’s license and ability to meet HOPE’s insurance requirements.
• Ability to provide counseling services tailored to justice-involved individuals.
• Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills.
• Experience in collaborative and community-based care, including work with court systems.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with justice-involved populations.
• May require First Aid, CPR, and Therapeutic Options certifications.
