Davis Behavioral Health (DBH) is seeking a part-time therapist to join the Crisis Recovery Unit (CRU) team. This position is responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing individual, group, and family therapy, and monitoring client progress using evidence-based and trauma-informed interventions. The therapist collaborates with the multidisciplinary treatment team, provides crisis intervention as needed, and maintains timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards. The CRU clinician will be responsible for completing comprehensive mental health and substance use disorder assessments and diagnoses, developing individualized treatment plans, providing individual, family, and group therapy, maintaining agency standards for productivity and documentation, coordinating with other staff and community agencies, participating in supervision, and completing all required training. This specific position provides treatment to individuals experiencing mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders, provides crisis assessment and intervention, and ensures services support client stability, recovery, and functioning in the community.
