About The Position

Verity Pharmaceuticals is seeking motivated, self-starters for a career in Pharmaceutical sales as a Therapeutic Specialist (TS). The company focuses on delivering meaningful solutions to the healthcare community by identifying and unlocking the value of products for healthcare providers, practices, and patients. They work with global pharmaceutical partners to incorporate clinically relevant prescription medications into their commercial structure. Requirements

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably business or life sciences, or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
2-4 years of proven sales record with a desire for advancement.
Ability to become a subject matter expert in the Urology, Oncology, Endocrinology and Primary Care specialties.
Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Represent Verity and the brand to its highest standards.
Documented sales results are required.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory

Responsibilities

Achieve sales quota, including market volume, market volume growth, and business objectives within an assigned Territory.
Promote and sell Trelstar and Tlando to healthcare providers including medical practices, physicians, clinics, and pharmacies within your assigned territory.
Identify and cultivate relationships with key influencers within assigned customers and professional networks to enhance scope of influence.
Create, maintain, and increase sales within designated territory by influencing the prescribing habits of the targeted audience, on label, and in support of patients.
Implement brand marketing strategies and tactics at the local level, execute managed care pull-through and push-through strategies, and appropriately leverage Verity resources to enhance business results.
Conduct daily calls (face-to-face and virtual) with a variety of key stakeholders across the customer segment to establish long-term relationships and to achieve sales quotas and other key metrics, resulting in increased support for Verity products.
Develop and implement an efficient Territory business plan with strategies and tactics to maximize opportunities, increase sales results, and meet strategic objectives.
Collaborate across Verity teams and business partners to maximize efforts and enhance business outcomes.
Identify and partner with stakeholders who impact healthcare decision making at the local level, including local healthcare providers, physician networks, and pharmacies.
