About The Position

The Data, Digital, and Analytics team is dedicated to solving complex healthcare challenges and improving patient outcomes. This team empowers business partners across Commercial, Medical, and Government Affairs (CMG) to make impactful decisions by leveraging data, analytics, business products, and AI/ML to enable fast, targeted actions in rapidly evolving business contexts. Data, Analytics, and AI fosters a unified understanding of customers, actions, and outcomes by integrating analytics and insights seamlessly into CMG’s evolving digital, data, and automation platforms, creating scalable solutions and eliminating silos. In Data, Analytics, AI, you will work as a trusted, objective advisor and expert, recommending critical decisions and actions to be taken with credibility and a focus on driving measurable impact. Requirements

  • 3 years of relevant work experience (or equivalent with advanced education)
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Demonstrated experience in the following domains: Forecasting, Data Analytics, Statistical modeling, Communication to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in understanding market landscape and surfacing insights across multiple primary data sources.
  • Comfortable dealing with uncertainty in a highly-matrixed organization.
  • Strong results orientation and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Persuasive written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Life Sciences, Mathematics, Computer or Physical Sciences or related field.
  • MBA or Graduate-level Degree.
  • Experience working with analytical tools is required (e.g., Python, R, and SQL).
  • Building proficiency in exploring large amounts of data, identifying important insights and building compelling narratives.
  • Working knowledge of secondary data sources including syndicated sales, promotional and marketing data, longitudinal patient level data; experience with payer data is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and refinement of patient-based and revenue forecast models for in-line and pipeline assets.
  • Conduct forecasting analyses, sensitivity testing, and scenario modeling to inform business planning and strategic decision-making.
  • Contribute to the translation of market, epidemiology, competitive, and clinical insights into forecast assumptions and business implications.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support forecasting deliverables and planning processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deeply understand business needs, key questions, and priorities, and ensure alignment with project objectives and analytic lead direction.
  • Take an enterprise mindset, linking individual responsibilities with broader organization; focus on outcomes that provide most business and patient value.
  • Contribute to continuous organizational improvement by sharing best practices, identifying opportunities for automation, and enhancing the efficiency and impact of analytic workflows.
  • Play an active role in the adoption of analytical products by staying up to date on the product roadmap, participating in training, user testing (as needed), and providing constructive feedback to ensure products are integrated into workflows. Embed and integrate products into workflows and foster Data, Analytics, and AI's product-first culture.
  • Effectively interact with and collaborate with offshore teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and maintain high-quality deliverables.
  • Actively contribute to the community of practice by sharing knowledge, participating in discussions, and supporting peers to enhance collective expertise and drive continuous improvement.
  • Balances individual, stakeholder, and department priorities to manage and shape own workload.
  • Build proficiency in tailoring communication to specific audiences, communicating and influencing stakeholders to secure buy-in.
  • Demonstrates the ability to independently handle project tasks, and proactively seeks managerial guidance as needed. Proactively identifies risks and seeks manager input to drive positive project outcomes.
  • Quickly adapt to evolving priorities by working flexibly within capabilities or expertise areas to address business needs and deliver impactful insights and analytics.
