The Texas State Manager leads four regional sales teams in Texas in an effort to maximize current and long-term sales/marketing goals. Through effective leadership this position will drive sales and ensure sales quotas & revenue goals are obtained, account retention, build market share, promote product diversity, and ensure customer satisfaction. Working under the direction of the National Sales Director, the position will lead the Texas Sales Team in the development and execution of collaborative sales and business strategies in accordance with First Financial Group of America’s practices. The position will also ensure all Texas Sales Teams adhere to all company policies & procedures as well as ethical standards of business conduct. Other duties as assigned.
