The State General Manager (GM) at Entyre is responsible for scaling the company state by state to deliver life-changing support for family caregivers. This role requires strong operational skills, leadership, and a focus on results. The GM leads the state teams, which are the engine of the company, turning the mission into action by getting caregivers the help they need at high velocity. It is a demanding role for a relentless and talented operator who thrives under pressure.

Requirements

At least 3 years of hands-on operational experience.
Demonstrated clear promotional path in a high-performance environment.
Data-driven approach with strong judgment.
A "get shit done" attitude with creative problem-solving skills for complex issues.
Team leadership experience.
Networking skills to build relationships with clinics and regulators.
Fearless tenacity and entrepreneurial spirit.

Healthcare or caregiving operations experience.
Medicaid knowledge.

Responsibilities

Hire and lead a best-in-class clinical team of nurses and support staff.
Streamline administration and reduce onboarding friction to get families onto Medicaid, waivers, or local programs quickly.
Navigate state regulatory battles and leverage compliance as a competitive advantage.
Serve as the company's representative with local stakeholders, clinics, agencies, and the media.
Communicate state-specific needs back to HQ and collaborate with the tech team to address pain points.
Share successful strategies to accelerate growth in other states.
Focus intensely on family sign-ups and convert leads efficiently.
