About The Position

The Testing Services Administrator will maintain and coordinate testing schedules for multiple testing vendors across all campus testing locations. This role oversees testing operations for various vendors, including entrance exams for health occupations programs, High School Equivalency (HSE) testing, and industry-recognized certification exams. The administrator is responsible for ensuring a secure, quiet, and professional testing environment that complies with vendor standards and promotes a positive testing experience. Key duties include managing the RegisterBlast scheduling platform, obtaining and maintaining vendor certifications, participating in required training, establishing industry relationships, and performing other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in customer service or educational environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of computer systems, testing platforms, scheduling software, and related technology required for test administration and troubleshooting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple testing schedules, priorities, and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate a high level of responsibility and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and compassionately with students, staff, and members of the public.
  • Ability to remain calm, adaptable, and professional while addressing testing concerns, technical issues, and varied student needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while ensuring compliance with testing procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and coordinate testing schedules for multiple testing vendors across all campus testing locations.
  • Oversee testing operations across multiple testing vendors, including entrance exams for health occupations programs, High School Equivalency (HSE) testing, and industry-recognized certification exams.
  • Ensure a secure, quiet, and professional testing environment that supports compliance with testing vendor standards and promotes a positive testing experience.
  • Manage and maintain the RegisterBlast scheduling platform, including test scheduling, reporting, student registration support, and related administrative functions.
  • Obtain and maintain certification and re-certification status with all assigned testing vendors in accordance with vendor policies and requirements.
  • Participate in required training, webinars, and professional development activities to remain current on testing vendor procedures, technology updates, and compliance standards.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local industry when necessary for testing purposes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Workforce Development/Campus Coordinator and the Vice President of Workforce Development.
