About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Testing & Process Documentation Lead for a project-based consulting engagement. This contract role is hybrid in Hartford, CT, with on-site presence required three days per week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields
  • 10+ years of overall professional experience.
  • Oracle Fusion experience preferred, in finance or accounting process areas
  • Strong experience in test coordination, test management, or UAT support
  • Proven background in process documentation within complex or regulated environments
  • Familiarity with AI-driven documentation tools (e.g., Klarity or similar solutions)
  • Ability to serve on‑site at least 3 days per week in Hartford, CT
  • Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate testing activities, partnering with centralized and local teams to support execution and delivery
  • Manage and coordinate testing resource pools, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting
  • Develop, maintain, and update process documentation to support business and operational needs
  • Leverage AI-enabled documentation tools (e.g., Klarity or similar platforms) to accelerate documentation and knowledge capture
  • Provide accounting role backfill support during peak periods as needed
