About The Position

Our client, a leading organization in the energy and infrastructure sector, is seeking a detail-oriented Process Documentation Analyst to support large-scale transmission projects. This role will focus on documenting and standardizing land-related workflows and partnering with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in process documentation, operations, land services, or related field
  • Experience creating SOPs and working cross-functionally
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with land acquisition or infrastructure projects
  • Familiarity with land agreements or title documentation
  • Salesforce or similar systems experience

Responsibilities

  • Document and standardize land acquisition workflows into clear SOPs
  • Partner with Land, Legal, Title, and Contracts teams to capture processes
  • Translate complex workflows into user-friendly documentation
  • Present and walk teams through SOPs to ensure adoption
  • Support review and preparation of land agreements (easements, options, etc.)
  • Maintain documentation using Microsoft Office and internal systems
