Ridgeview seeks a coordinator for state-mandated standardized testing beginning in the 26-27 academic year. This part-time position (9-month contract) requires the coordinator to handle training and logistics for all state & federal testing, including (but not limited to): Colorado Measures of Academic Success (CMAS) CollegeBoard Standardized Aptitude Test (SAT/PSAT) CollegeBoard Advanced Placement (AP) Exams ACCESS English Language Learners (ELLs) Key Responsibilities Include: Coordinating scheduling, materials, and personnel for state and district assessments. Aligning testing procedures with federal, state, and local regulations. Managing communication between test vendors, school staff, and students. This role requires strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and student success. The coordinator must be willing to take initiative to be informed about any updates to state and district testing guidelines to ensure compliance and to report changes to the administration in a timely fashion. While all testing administration must be overseen in person onsite, preparatory and reporting duties could be completed remotely. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree and previous experience in a logistical role preferred.
