About The Position

Responsible for assisting with the administration of testing services, maintaining testing security, supporting students and community members, and providing customer service for the Career Services and Testing Department. Provides support for daily testing center operations, testing administration, and departmental programming.

Requirements

• Knowledge of standard office equipment, computers, printers, Microsoft Office applications, and testing software platforms.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
• Must exercise due caution and practice safe work habits at all times.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with TSIA2, CLEP, Pearson VUE, DSST, ATI TEAS testing.

Responsibilities

• Administering and proctoring examinations including, but not limited to, TSIA2, CLEP, Pearson VUE, DSST, ATI TEAS, and accommodated testing.
• Verifying examinee identification and maintaining testing security and integrity.
• Monitoring testing sessions and reporting any testing irregularities.
• Assisting students, faculty, staff, and community members with scheduling, registration, and testing-related inquiries.
• Preparing testing rooms, materials, and equipment for testing sessions.
• Maintaining testing records and documentation.
• Assisting with accommodated testing services.
• Supporting orientation testing sessions and special testing events.
• Assisting with Career Services events, career fairs, employer engagement activities, workshops, and student programming as department needs require.
• Performing miscellaneous duties and services as requested or assigned by the Director of Career Services and Testing.
• Responding to the needs of the university by performing other duties on a regular or occasional basis.
