About The Position

Keon Testing Center: The Testing Center Proctor upholds the integrity of the Thomas L. Keon Testing Center by striving to prevent instances of academic misconduct where and when possible. We properly identify and report these instances as they occur while actively promoting a scholastic environment that is both comfortable for students and in line with established lab policy. The Opportunity: We are seeking a part-time Testing Center Proctor to provide operational support for the Thomas L. Keon Testing Center. This proctor will be a resource to the students, help ensure integrity and maintain adherence to the lab policies. Are you ready to unleash YOUR potential? Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 0+ years of relevant experience.
  • All applicants must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position, and the university cannot accommodate H‑1B transfers or employment-based visa processing for individuals currently sponsored by another employer.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working in testing environments, preferably within higher education or comparable professional settings.
  • Strong customer service orientation and proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using technology and computer systems, with a basic understanding of troubleshooting common technical issues.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.

  • Resolves computer-based technical problems.
  • Answers student inquiries.
  • Other duties as applicable.
