About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Testing and Quality Assurance Analyst to support the testing and validation of enterprise healthcare technology solutions within a large-scale digital transformation initiative. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test strategies, creating test cases and test scenarios, validating system functionality, and ensuring the quality of clinical applications used in healthcare environments. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to support successful system implementations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integration between healthcare information systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with healthcare applications, HL7 integration testing, clinical documentation systems, and end-user support during healthcare transformation projects. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills are essential, along with a recognized software testing certification and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst in project environments.
  • Extensive experience in test planning, test case creation, test execution, and test objective development.
  • 10+ years of experience testing healthcare information systems in clinical environments.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience with the Altera Sunrise Suite, including Registration and Clinical Documentation modules.
  • 5+ years of experience testing HL7 integrations, including message validation, mapping, and processing.
  • 5+ years of experience providing end-user support, coaching, and troubleshooting during healthcare transformation projects.
  • 5+ years of experience implementing or testing urgent care and emergency care healthcare information systems.
  • Experience supporting the implementation or testing of systems for new healthcare facility establishments.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, SDLC, STLC, defect management, and quality assurance best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional clinical, technical, and business stakeholders.
  • ISTQB (or equivalent Software Testing Certification) – Mandatory.
