About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Testing and Quality Assurance Analyst to support the testing and validation of enterprise healthcare technology solutions within a large-scale digital transformation environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive test strategies, creating and executing test cases, validating system integrations, and ensuring the quality and reliability of clinical applications before deployment. This role requires extensive experience testing healthcare information systems, including Altera Sunrise clinical applications, HL7 integrations, Emergency Department Information Systems (EDIS), and BDM Pharmacy Solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, hands-on experience with functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing, and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and clinical users to deliver high-quality healthcare solutions. Candidates must also hold PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification and a valid Prosci (ADKAR) Change Management Certification.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Testing and Quality Assurance Analyst in project environments.
• Extensive experience in test planning, test case creation, test objective definition, and test execution.
• 10+ years of experience testing healthcare information systems implemented in clinical environments.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience testing the Altera Sunrise Suite of clinical applications, including Registration and Clinical Documentation modules.
• 5+ years of experience testing HL7 integrations, including message validation, mapping, and interface testing.
• 2+ years of experience implementing BDM Pharmacy Solutions at a provincial level.
• 2+ years of experience implementing or testing Emergency Department Information Systems (EDIS) in urgent care or emergency care environments.
• Strong experience with System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, Functional Testing, and End-to-End Testing.
• Experience validating clinical workflows, patient registration processes, and healthcare data interfaces.
• Ability to develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test scripts, and defect management processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills within healthcare IT projects.
• PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner Certification (Mandatory).
• Valid Prosci (ADKAR) Change Management Certification (Mandatory).
