About The Position

This role involves participating as a team member in the planning, construction, and execution of various tests, including product, system, unit, load, volume, and network tests. The position integrates with release control processes to manage product release quality and requires the creation and maintenance of test models such as plans, data, and scripts. Key responsibilities include defining detailed test plans and acceptance criteria, assisting in the setup and control of test environments, and meeting established timelines for testing tasks. The role emphasizes adherence to quality standards, completion of assigned tasks, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Continuous professional development, staying updated on industry trends, and defining entry/exit criteria for testing activities are also crucial aspects of this position.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience analyzing data elements within enterprise applications and understanding their interrelationships.
Minimum 3 years’ experience analyzing and interpreting both functional and non-functional business requirements.
Demonstrated strong organizational, analytical, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Possess a four-year college degree.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

Participate as a team member in planning, constructing, and executing various tests (product, system, unit, load, volume, network).
Integrate with release control processes and help manage product release quality.
Create and maintain test models, including plans, data, and scripts, for product testing and release control.
Define detailed test plans and acceptance criteria for product releases.
Assist in planning, creating, and controlling test environments.
Meet established timelines and deadlines for assigned testing tasks.
Follow and uphold quality standards for software testing processes.
Complete assigned tasks and deliverables as directed by management or project leads.
Work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Enhance personal testing skills and broaden technical and business knowledge.
Stay aware of industry trends and developments, applying new knowledge as appropriate.
Define and use entry and exit criteria for all testing activities.
Analyze data elements within enterprise applications and understand their interrelationships.
Analyze and interpret both functional and non-functional business requirements.
Effectively manage time and resources to meet deadlines.
