About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Software Tester / QA Analyst to support the testing and quality assurance of software applications and systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying defects, validating functionality, and ensuring applications meet business and technical requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Experience with testing tools such as Jira, Selenium, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Agile methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute manual and automated test cases.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to resolve issues.
• Validate system functionality against business requirements.
• Document test results, maintain test scripts, and provide testing status updates.
• Support application releases and post-deployment testing.
