About The Position

This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations behind Casper, a test designed to assess human skills for professions like medicine and nursing. The associate will prepare for upcoming tests, monitor testing, investigate issues, and ensure successful completion. The role also involves supporting new assessment experiences as they become available and contributing to process improvements. The company emphasizes that previous experience in test operations is not required, but reliability, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a desire to learn are essential. Professional fluency in both English and French is required, with English being the primary working language and French supporting French-speaking applicants and operational needs. This is a fully remote role open to candidates across Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare for upcoming tests and ensure everything is ready.
  • Monitor test activities during testing periods.
  • Investigate and resolve issues that arise during testing.
  • Ensure each test is completed successfully.
  • Support the development and operationalization of new assessment experiences.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to processes.
  • Maintain and update operational documentation.
  • Use AI and other tools to simplify and improve processes.
  • Support retakes and other applicant needs.
  • Collaborate with teammates to solve problems and share context.
