Test Support Operations Associate - English & French
About The Position
This role is focused on the day-to-day operations behind Casper, a test used by thousands of applicants for programs in medicine, nursing, and other professions. The Test Support Operations Associate will help prepare for upcoming tests, monitor testing in progress, investigate issues, and ensure successful test completion. The role also involves contributing to process improvements and potentially supporting new assessment experiences as Acuity develops them. While no prior experience in test operations is required, the company emphasizes the importance of reliability, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn. Professional fluency in both English and French is required, with English being the primary working language and French used for supporting French-speaking applicants and other bilingual operational needs. This is a fully remote position open to candidates across Canada.

Responsibilities
- Prepare for upcoming tests and ensure everything is ready.
- Monitor test activities during testing periods.
- Investigate and resolve issues that arise during testing.
- Ensure each test is completed successfully.
- Contribute to improving operational processes, including identifying simpler or more reliable methods.
- Learn and support new assessment experiences as they become available.
- Maintain and update operational documentation.
- Support retakes and other applicant needs.
- Collaborate with teammates to solve problems and share context.
- Use AI tools thoughtfully to improve efficiency and reliability of recurring work.
