About The Position

Accenture Federal Services is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Test Lead to oversee testing activities for large-scale Oracle Cloud implementations. The role develops and executes end-to-end testing strategies, manages defect resolution, tracks quality metrics, and leads teams through System Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The Test Lead applies business and functional knowledge to validate end-to-end business processes and system requirements, coordinates quality engineers and client and project stakeholders, and drives testing readiness for production deployment.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience leading testing initiatives, including System Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT.
At least 2 years of experience planning project work and reporting status to program stakeholders.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies, quality assurance processes, and defect management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
US citizenship.
US work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.

Oracle Cloud ERP functional experience.
Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle EPM Cloud.
Experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.

Relevant Oracle Implementation Specialist certification.

Responsibilities

Lead testing efforts across System Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Develop and implement testing strategies, methodologies, and quality processes to support successful project delivery.
Define and track testing metrics, test execution progress, and defect resolution activities.
Apply business and functional knowledge to validate end-to-end business processes and system requirements.
Coordinate and lead quality engineers, client resources, and project stakeholders during testing cycles.
Plan testing activities, manage project timelines, and communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Drive defect management, issue resolution, and testing readiness for production deployment.
