About The Position

PeopleTec is currently seeking a Test Infrastructure and Integration SME to support our Huntsville, AL location. This role involves supporting systems engineering, test infrastructure, and integration for missile defense or other complex defense systems, including MBSE efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of MDA system architectures, test infrastructure, integration processes, lifecycle processes, and verification/validation, with the ability to translate high-level mission objectives into detailed technical, test, and integration requirements.

Requirements

Minimum of 15+ years of relevant experience in systems engineering, test infrastructure, or systems integration.
Proven experience in supporting systems engineering, test infrastructure, and integration for missile defense or other complex defense systems.
Experience supporting MBSE efforts.
Strong understanding of MDA system architectures, test infrastructure, integration processes, lifecycle processes, and verification/validation.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Candidates are required to have a minimum of an active Secret clearance upon hire and the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
Active TS/SCI upon hire is preferred.
