About The Position

CACI is currently seeking an Integration and Test Technician. The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic, growing, cross-functional, and geographically distributed team. The position is based in our Melbourne, FL, office with occasional travel to Baltimore, MD. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the documentation, setup, and maintenance of RF test racks for production acceptance testing. They will provide integration and test support on complex high-performance RF circuit card assemblies, and support new product introduction by assisting with the deployment and execution of new test procedures, firmware, software, and equipment. Additionally, the role involves driving root cause and corrective action investigations for production failures, dispositioning non-conforming material, and championing waste removal and continuous improvement in product design and testing.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience integrating and testing complex RF and electronic systems.
  • Demonstrated expertise with RF communications, microwave systems, digital signal processing systems.
  • Extensive experience troubleshooting RF hardware at the component and system level.
  • Strong understanding of: RF propagation, Impedance matching, S-parameters, Gain and attenuation, Noise figure, Frequency conversion, Mixers, filters, LNAs, amplifiers, and antennas
  • Experience interpreting RF schematics, wiring diagrams, system architectures, and engineering drawings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Keysight, Rohde & Schwarz, Tektronix, and National Instruments test equipment.
  • Experience with automated test systems, Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW, or other test automation tools.

Responsibilities

  • Support in the documentation, setup and maintenance of RF test racks to support production acceptance test.
