We are looking for a highly skilled motherboard debug engineer with expertise in complex server-class systems. This role is based onsite at the Manufacturing site, where you will play a critical role in reducing the backlog of networking products by driving efficient debugging and resolution.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of x86 server architecture
  • Strong experience in High Speed electrical design validation and testing.
  • Experience in signal integrity and power integrity concepts.
  • Familiarity with PCIE , DDR , USB , ETHRENET interfaces, design validation.
  • Proven expertise in board-level troubleshooting of complex server-class motherboards
  • Solid experience with Linux-based debugging and strong networking fundamentals
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly document technical findings and processes
  • Experience working in high-volume manufacturing environments is highly desirable

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with PCBA manufacturing and test processes, including: AOI (Automated Optical Inspection), 5DX (X-ray Inspection), ICT (In-Circuit Testing), Boundary Scan, Functional Testing

Responsibilities

  • Perform in-depth debugging and failure analysis of complex server-style motherboards.
  • Drive resolution of board-level issues to reduce backlog and improve product throughput
  • Troubleshoot system-level and component-level issues across hardware, firmware, and networking domains
  • Utilize hardware test equipment’s and Linux based tools environments for motherboard debugging and validation
  • Collaborate with engineering and test teams to escalate, analyze, and resolve critical issues
  • Document debug findings, root cause analysis, and corrective actions clearly and effectively
  • Communicate status, risks, and technical insights to both onsite and remote teams
  • Support occasional visits to headquarters for deeper collaboration, debugging, and team alignment
  • Work closely with manufacturing teams to understand and improve test and failure detection processes
