MES, LLC is seeking a Test Examiner to utilize a Government-provided Program of Instruction in accordance with Army policy and program guidance. The Test Examiner will follow clearly detailed and specific procedures IAW site Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) or similar written directive. This role involves working directly with an Instructor using various methods of instruction to provide appropriate support and adequate academic instruction for several programs including the High School Completion Program (HSCP), the Basic Skills Education Program (BSEP), preparation for the official General Education Development (GED) exam, secondary programs, special emphasis language programs, and military professional development training. The Test Examiner will also assist in providing Functional Academic Skills Training (FAST), test preparation, prerequisite study for service schools and college classes, and military professional development training. Maintaining student records and course documentation, assisting in developing Individualized Education Plans (IEP), measuring student outcomes, and using diagnostic tools like the Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE) are key responsibilities. The role requires proficiency in using government-directed programs/applications like Army Ignited for class announcements, student enrollment, attendance documentation, score posting, and progress monitoring. Support for special events and maintaining a clean, orderly work environment, including ensuring computers and peripherals are operational, are also expected.
