About The Position

Provide leadership for a multidisciplinary team coordinating test and evaluation of Naval Aviation weapon systems. Work with customers, functional management, project engineering, and program management to plan and support test and evaluation, systems engineering, and integration activities. The role requires the ability to quickly understand new concepts, apply them accurately in an evolving and complex environment, and organize, schedule, and coordinate work phases and tasks. Excellent oral and written communication, computer, documentation, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, or a related science.
• At least 5 years of experience in an integration and test environment for complex Naval Aviation weapon systems.
• Demonstrated experience developing test and evaluation strategies and leading weapon systems test and evaluation tasks.
• Ability to create compelling, coherent briefing products.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Active Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop test and evaluation strategies that support program goals and constraints.
• Review and evaluate test requirements to ensure the test program is complete.
• Develop Plans of Actions and Milestones (POA&Ms).
• Develop or review test plans to validate system hardware and software products.
• Develop or review test scenarios.
• Facilitate Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs) as needed.
• Establish and maintain program filing systems or databases to track project test and evaluation status as needed.
• Support program management and systems engineering processes and meetings.
