The engineer supports the full test lifecycle, including planning, security, execution, analysis, and reporting. Work includes technical support for hardware and software testing, modeling and simulation, flight testing, component and integration testing, and subsystem- and system-level testing. The role also supports government test events, oversight of contractor developmental testing, assessments of test and modeling activities, and preparation of studies, plans, and analyses for government test and engineering efforts. The position requires U.S. citizenship, an active Secret clearance that the employee can sustain, and either a relevant bachelor’s degree with five years of professional engineering experience or a relevant master’s degree with at least two years of professional experience.
