About The Position

As a Test Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting product development and manufacturing through test strategy, system validation, and yield improvement activities. You will work across multiple projects and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure high product quality and operational excellence from prototype through production.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electro‑Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
5+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations environments supporting electronic products
Strong understanding of Design for Test (DFT) and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles
Proven experience developing and implementing test strategies for new product introduction
Ability to troubleshoot complex system‑level issues and perform root cause analysis
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering and manufacturing teams

Nice To Haves

Experience with NPI test engineering, Lean manufacturing, or production quality metrics is a plus
Exposure to programming languages such as C, C++, or C# is beneficial

Responsibilities

Develop and implement manufacturing test strategies, procedures, and troubleshooting guides for production systems
Execute system‑level testing and debug hardware issues to ensure product functionality and quality prior to shipment
Analyze yield and failure data, providing clear insights and recommendations to improve product performance
Collaborate with design, product, and manufacturing teams to support new product introduction and production readiness
Investigate and introduce new test technologies and methodologies to improve efficiency and coverage
Maintain test equipment performance, calibration, and overall lab readiness to support engineering and customer systems
