About The Position

Assist the Software Test team in daily software and associated hardware verification activities across the entire software development lifecycle, including testing of merge requests and formal verification and validation (V&V). Help building automation test suite. Through testing, discover product defects and work to reproduce failure modes. Communicate test results to the larger R&D team. Participate in the development of scripts for automation of testing & data analysis. Assist in additional R&D activities as needed.

Requirements

• Prior work experience in Python, C++ or any scripting languages and basics of software testing
• Basic understanding of Machine Learning
• Good documentation skills and knowledge of why it is important
• Ability to analyze, understand and communicate technical information
• Organization and attention to detail
• Adept at managing multiple tasks, prioritization and working with others
• An innate desire to understand how things work, as well as how they may fail
• Interest in medical devices, bioimaging and software design
