About The Position

This co-op position focuses on supporting R&D projects through the design of experiments, and the performance of experimental and theoretical analysis of opto-mechanical systems. The role involves conducting laboratory tests and measurements on optical and mechanical subsystems, documenting results, generating reports, and contributing to Quality Management System (QMS) documentation. Additionally, the co-op will assist in troubleshooting and improving experimental setups and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members in optics, mechanical, and software engineering.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Optics, Photonics, Physics, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and engineering mindset.
• Ability to analyze experimental data and communicate findings clearly.
• Interest in the medical device industry and regulated environments.

• Hands-on experience with optical system development.
