About The Position

The Test Engineer IV will lead test engineering activities for next-generation compute platforms—including AI/ML, GPGPU, server, networking, and storage systems—in a high-volume manufacturing environment. The role supports product quality, system performance, and operational excellence through test development, advanced troubleshooting, automation, failure analysis, and team leadership. Work covers the development, integration, and continuous improvement of compute platforms, as well as New Product Introduction readiness and production ramp. The position includes technical leadership across test systems and procedures, hardware and software troubleshooting, Linux and networking systems, and liquid-cooling and thermal technologies. It also involves leading and developing engineers and technicians, managing performance, aligning test engineering strategy with organizational goals, and driving continuous improvement through manufacturing metrics and LEAN principles. This is an on-site role in Florence, Kentucky. The overnight schedule is 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.; Week 1 is Sunday–Tuesday and Week 2 is Sunday–Wednesday. Work is split between an office and a modern, climate-controlled manufacturing floor, with moderate production noise and required PPE.
