About The Position

As a Test Engineer/Business Analyst, you’ll support Agile delivery teams working on enterprise analytics and operational systems for a government customer. You’ll translate business needs into clear requirements and test scenarios, helping teams validate functionality and prepare solutions for release. You’ll collaborate with technical teams, business partners, and stakeholders to coordinate testing, resolve issues, and communicate delivery needs. Your work will include validating reporting outputs, analytics workflows, and enterprise data solutions, including Databricks-based environments.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in business analysis, QA/test engineering, or Agile delivery roles.
Experience supporting enterprise software delivery in Agile environments.
Experience creating user stories and test scenarios and supporting release activities.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience with testing methodologies and issue-tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
Exposure to Databricks through analytics platforms, reporting validation, testing, or enterprise data environments.
U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents (Green Card holders) and satisfy all customer-specific eligibility requirements as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, release validation, and other Agile delivery activities.
Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing across enterprise applications and analytics solutions.
Track defects, coordinate issue resolution, and support operational readiness.
Facilitate communication among technical teams, stakeholders, and business partners.
Validate reporting outputs, analytics workflows, and enterprise data platform solutions, including Databricks-based reporting and analytics environments.
Maintain Agile documentation, process artifacts, and testing deliverables.
