About The Position
We are seeking a Test Data Management Engineer with expertise in data provisioning, refresh, masking, or orchestration. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in scheduler batch job development (e.g., Spring Batch or similar frameworks), experience building RESTful APIs and scalable backend services, and a solid understanding of microservices architecture and enterprise application design. Strong SQL and RDBMS knowledge (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, etc.) and hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot for backend and microservices development are essential. Familiarity with build and version control tools (Maven/Gradle, Git), Agile/Scrum delivery, CICD pipelines, and production support is also required. Experience working in BFSI or large enterprise environments is a plus.
Requirements

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery, CICD pipelines, and production support
- 8-10 years of experience
- MySQL experience
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in BFSI or large enterprise environments
- 5+ years test data management experience
- Strong understanding of data privacy, data classification, and data engineering requirements
- Experience with Topaz, FileAid, and Delphix tools
- Ability to customize fictionalization solutions between tools and across business applications
- Mainframe experience: COBOL, DB2, IMS, CICS, VSAM, flat files, EZtrieve, Endevor
- Distributed Systems experience: Oracle, msSQL
- Azure experience with AZ-900 Azure Foundations certification
