The Test Coordinator 3 role focuses on the coordination and facilitation of contractual and programmatic test events. This position serves as a central facilitator, driving communication, streamlining information reception, and removing dependencies across multiple Government teams and vendors. The coordinator will manage one or more high-visibility test events, spanning the full test life cycle, and provide timely status updates to Government Leads. Responsibilities include facilitating meetings, liaising between teams, actively participating in communications across various networks, identifying and resolving communication gaps, escalating issues, centralizing data presentation, creating SOPs and templates, maintaining a broad view of testing activities, monitoring test case execution, ensuring defect tracking and resolution, providing status updates, coordinating system/environment setup, triaging issues, facilitating issue resolution, summarizing test reports, culminating test reports, identifying and mitigating risks, providing recommendations on test scope and priorities, facilitating review of test plans, coordinating resources and schedules, and facilitating lessons learned.
