About The Position

The Test Automation Intern will support the development and improvement of internal automation tools used to validate hardware and software products across our product lines. This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll write real code, work with real test systems, and contribute to tools actively used by the engineering team. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering)
  • Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java)
  • Understanding of software development principles
  • Interest in test automation and software quality
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Must not require employment sponsorship now or in the future
  • Candidates working on OPT authorization will not be considered

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with automation frameworks
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Exposure to hardware/software testing

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain automation scripts for test execution and data collection
  • Support integration of test tools with internal systems (Jira, Confluence, or test databases)
  • Assist in building or improving tooling for test reporting and traceability
  • Document code, processes, and tool usage for team reference
  • Participate in team standups, sprint reviews, and design discussions
