About The Position

The Test Automation Lead will be responsible for transforming the current manual testing process to an automated one. This role is crucial for a global UAT COE team focused on high-value products delivering numerous features across over 200 applications. The automation transformation, initiated last year, requires acceleration. This position requires a hands-on leader who can build automation test cases, mentor global teams, and drive the adoption of new technologies and processes to improve testing efficiency and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Building automation test cases, converting manual to automation (90% of the role).
• Creating training and learning curriculum to train the global team.
• Testing and delivery (10% of the role).
• Upskilling staff, teaching, training, and mentoring team members.
• Developing test cases.
• Driving strategy for automation.
• Mentoring team members without direct reporting responsibilities.
