We are seeking an experienced Test Lead to lead testing activities across multiple projects and drive automation testing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in test automation, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, quality assurance processes, and team leadership. The role involves defining testing strategies, overseeing test execution, mentoring team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in test management, including test strategy, test planning, estimation, execution, defect management, and release sign-off.
  • Hands-on expertise in test automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
  • Proficiency in API testing using Postman, REST Assured, and integration testing methodologies.
  • Experience designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks and automated test suites.
  • Strong knowledge of GitHub, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
  • Programming experience in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#, along with SQL and database testing skills.
  • Proven ability to lead functional, regression, integration, system testing, and UAT support activities in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Demonstrated team leadership and stakeholder management skills, including mentoring QA teams, conducting code reviews, resource planning, and driving continuous quality improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end testing activities, including test strategy, planning, execution, defect management, reporting, and release sign-offs.
  • Design, develop, maintain, and enhance automated testing frameworks and test suites for UI, API, and integration testing.
  • Drive test automation adoption to improve test coverage, efficiency, and overall software quality.
  • Manage GitHub repositories and integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
  • Support build validation, deployment testing, release management, and continuous integration initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor QA and Automation Engineers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, training, and resource planning.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and project managers to ensure quality objectives and project deliverables are met.
  • Monitor testing metrics, perform root cause analysis, ensure compliance with QA standards, and drive continuous process improvements across testing and release cycles.
